Store Policies: Shipping Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY
 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Subject to size availability. Must be done WITHIN 5 days from package arrival. Items must be in its original packaging with tags & no damage. Store credit valid for a month only. The return label for exchange is subject to cost according to weight of package. A $5.99 Shipping cost will be added to the exchange amount. Free shipping promotion is only available on new purchases and not exchanges.

Accessories, white clothing, silk like material, bandage material ,tweed, and mesh material are FINAL sale. 

All items on SALE are FINAL sale. Anything worn or damaged is not eligible for an exchange.
